Official Dade County Record Routes

Use the office that holds the record. A jail booking, an arrest report, and a court disposition may be kept by different custodians, so identify the agency, name, and approximate date before calling or sending a request.

Dade County Sheriff and Jail

Dade County Sheriff’s Office
201 E. Water Street
Greenfield, MO 65661
Operational/jail contact: 417-637-2312
County-directory routing: 417-238-2400

No separately labeled records-unit email, records form, public hours, or booking-photo fee was published on the official pages located. Call to confirm the correct records routing and hours before sending a request. The operational phone is the documented Sheriff/jail contact; the county-directory number is an alternative county-office route.

Dade Circuit Clerk and Court Copies

Dade Circuit Clerk
300 W. Water Street
Greenfield, MO 65661
Email: dade.circuit.court.email@courts.mo.gov
Weekday hours: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., except holidays
Payment-question line: 417-637-2741
Other county inquiries: 417-238-2400

The Circuit Clerk lists paper copies at $0.25 per page and certification at $5. Mail or email copy requests use the court’s copy form and require photo identification, and the page gives an approximate five-business-day mailed-copy time. Those are court-record terms only, not Sheriff booking-record or photo fees.

For the correct next step, use the following routes.

  • For a recent Dade County booking or current-custody question, start with the Sheriff/jail contact above. No verified public Dade roster or booking feed was located.
  • For a case docket or later disposition, search Missouri Case.net and select the 28th Judicial Circuit as appropriate. A court docket is not a booking-photo source.
  • For an arrest report beginning with a Greenfield, Lockwood, or Everton officer, ask the arresting agency or current municipal contact for its records route, then verify whether the person was booked at Dade County Jail.
  • For an active Missouri prisoner, probationer, or parolee, use the Missouri DOC Offender Search. It does not replace a recent Dade booking check and no public photo field was verified.
  • For a possible federal or immigration custody matter, use the official BOP inmate locator or ICE detainee locator, each only when that custody path is relevant.
  • For a records-request overview, the Dade County guide explains the official-first sequence and the difference between custody, court, and state corrections records.
